Sundarbans has very rich animal diversity from tiny insect to large Royal Bengal Tigers dwell in its ecosystem. Survival of its animal highly depends on the time of high-tide and low-tide. The best animals is Royal Bengal Tiger in the Sundarbans.
ROYAL BENGAL TIGER:- The Royal Bengal Tiger is a dengerous wild animal. It is also mamal animal. Tigers are powerful predatory animal. They live in deep forest. Tigers are a species of cat. which has yellow fur and many black stripes on its body. This is why, it looks very beautiful. It is very powerful and nimble. It has four legs, two eyes and one tail. Its all body coverd with fur. The tiger symbolizes courage, strength and inteligence. This is why ,tiger was declared "The National Animal of India"in April, 1973. Before "the Lion was the National Animal of India".The Indian tiger is known as the Royal Bengal Tiger. The scientific name of the tiger is pantheratigris.
