Fish of Sundarbans
Dhela fish, Kajal Gouri fish and Jhai fish:- Now I discuss you another fish of sundarbans. I gave you three fish picture. Its name are Dhela fish, Kajal Gouri fish and Jhai fish .
Dhela fish:- Dhela fish is a salt water fish of Sundarbans. This fish survive to eat shrimp and algae. Its has small teeth. It has very small fish bone on its body. These fish are move around in river water with swarms. This fish well fried in oil then curry meal to eat very tasteful. But small children can not eat this fish because its has very small fish bone which I wrote previous time. This fish weight is not more than one hundred (100) grams. Market price of this fish here is seventy rupees (70) only per kg.
Kajal Gouri fish:- Kajal Gouri fish are seen in Sundarbans river here. This fish is salt water fish .It is not seen with out sundarbans. This fish is seen to beautiful. This fish colour is so nice. Its has two big eyes. This fish are move in river water with swarms. It is very tasteful to eat, no doubt. This fish cooking and curry taste sour to eat . Another taste to eat of this fish from other fish. The weight of this fish is not more than three (3) kg. This fish survive to eat shrimp and small fish. The market price of this fish here is one hundred thirty (130) rupees only.
Jhai Fish:- Jhai fish is another salt water fish of Sundarbans. This fish is not so big. It is small size. This fish move around jumps and jumps to clay and water. Its survive to eat clay and algae.Its weight is not more than thirty (30) grams. This fish cook well and then eat so delicious. Every one can eat this fish no problem, I promise. Because no fish bone of this fish only with out spine fish bone. this fish market price here is eighty rupees (80) only per kg.
