Loita and Danye fish:- Now I discus two fish of Sundarbans. Which name Loita and Danye fish. Also, I gave you these fish picture.
Loita fish is a salt water and well-known fish of Sundarbans river water. The ability of this fish in the water is strong. It is long shape. Its weight is not more than two hundred (200) grams. Its has two big eyes of round shape. Its has many teeth. These are like sharp of saw. Its survive to eat small fish and shrimp. Its move around in water with swarms.This fish well fried in oil and curry meal so delicious to eat. Fish bone of this fish is very soft. so very pleasant to eat this fish. From small children to old people can eat this fish. but carefully. Almost this fish cook curry is very important. Big fish cutting of piece and small fish no cutting of piece without fin for cooking. Next wash in water, mix it with salt and gave it in a container for a while . Then discard the water that comes out and cook well. Then eat will like it very much. Market price of this fish here is from forty to eighty rupees (40 to80) only per kg in big size fish.
Danye Fish:- Danye fish is another fish of Sundarbans. Actually this fish is salt water fish. Its another name here is Buri fish. The taste of this fish is immense. This fish has many teeth .Which very sharp.These fish are move around at river with swarms. These are survive to eat small fish and shrimp. These are flattened shape. This fish weight is not more than two (2) kg.This fish has less fish bone in its body. This fish spine bone is so hard. No other fish bone of this fish without spine bone.So, from small children to old people can eat this fish no problem. This fish well fried in oil and next eat. Who once eat this fish cook, he can not forget the taste of this fish. So delicious to eat of this fish , I promise you.
